Contribution of environmental NGO to Urban Ecological Restoration and Rewilding Dynamics.
The project aims to approach Urban Rewilding from the ecological, social, and economic perspectives. It seeks to draw a theoretical and methodological approach to Urban Rewilding focusing on aspects such as social perception and accessibility, the management degrees related to top-down and bottom-up policies, the forms of governance, and how these influence biodiversity in formal and informal urban nature patches on the neighborhood scale. Urban Rewilding is seen as a strategy for a paradigm shift in the human-non-human relationship, the social linkages and forms of governance, and the planning of cities.
